I just came to the site, and got a malicious software warning, I'm looking into this. I don't believe there is anything to worry about, we are not running any schemes here. If I had to put my finger on it I imagine it was the person pretending to be "Birdie Marshal" who was spamming everyone the other day. He/She must have tried to get back at us by giving Google a false report that we were trying to download malicious software onto peoples computers. Ha! I have an injured left knee and am continuing to train, however I'm taking it easy on that knee. I'm concerned about losing muscle in my left leg, and am looking for specific exercises to maintain strength and flexibility while the knee heals. According to the MRI it's tendon "fraying" and some fluid pockets, no actual tear...yet. Continue

I'm a business coach by profession, so I tend to try to learn from every activity that I'm involved in. One of the most effective tools that I've developed is to use a small microrecorder to capture key learnings -- no more than 3-5 at a time -- whenever I'm coaching someone,or whenever I read a book or attend a seminar.
